About me
When I travel, I always learn something new. I feel alive! For 27 years I’ve been traveling the world and helping others pursue their travel passions, while closely observing economic, political, and environmental changes in many countries.
Professional Activity
For years, I have been creating incentive trips at Haxel Events & Incentive, managing teams and projects. I also accompany business groups on trips around the world, and organize training sessions and mentoring on cultural differences for international companies.
Cross-Cultural Experience
In diversity and cross-cultural communication, I see the potential for synergy that offers a chance for a better world, peacebuilding, and the creation of interesting and creative businesses and projects. I reflect on business cultures of different countries through the mirror of Polish culture and vice versa. From my international clients, I learn how they perceive Polish business culture. I have completed travel and cultural projects in nearly 100 countries around the world.
Field Research and Publications
During solo expeditions, I have traveled thousands of kilometers across Latin America and Asia. While staying in a simple hut hosted by the Quichua Indians, I researched local beliefs and medical practices through participant observation. My work on ethnic conflicts in Guatemala, based on field research conducted there, was published as a book by CESLA publishing house.
Corporate Trips – Added Value
Practical knowledge of the world, insights into must-visit destinations, and familiarity with local cultures allow me to create incentive travel scenarios that not only amaze participants with beautiful landscapes and tourist attractions but also provide a deeper understanding of the regions visited. As a result, participants return with exceptional, lasting memories.

I speak fluent English and Spanish. I also know German, although it currently needs refreshing.
