Romania
Romania is a vibrant mosaic of cultures, traditions, and nationalities, still not fully discovered and often a victim of unfair stereotypes. Yet, every trip we have organized for our Clients to this country has been met with delight! It is a place where, within a reasonable budget, you can combine a business meeting with the most thrilling off-road in Europe, and in winter: snowmobiles.

Romania
Transylvania
Transylvania is the true heart of Romania – full of mountain landscapes, historic sites, and genuine hospitality. It’s a place still not fully discovered by tourists, which has helped it retain its unique character. Off-roading through the Bucegi Mountains, dinners with local music, regional cuisine, and nature in its purest form – all of this creates a program perfect for groups seeking excitement, integration, and a break from everyday life.
Off-road through the Bucegi Mountains
Europe’s most thrilling off-road – not for everyone, but definitely worth the effort!
We’ll take your group off the beaten path – literally. Embark on an intense 4×4 expedition across the wild trails of the Bucegi Mountains, one of the most untamed and spectacular ranges in the Romanian Carpathians. Along the way, we’ll visit the Pestera Monastery, the hidden Ialomita Cave with its hermitage, and compete to score the most points in an off-road challenge – with local delicacies awaiting the winners.
The Bucegi Mountains are the fourth highest range in the Romanian Carpathians. Together with the nearby Piatra Craiului range, they are among Romania’s most fascinating areas in terms of flora. This region is considered the center of Carpathian endemism, as well as one of the world’s energy points – chakras.

Regional cuisine and traditional restaurants
After an intense day on the road: time for a shared dinner in an atmospheric regional inn!
We will organize evenings with local dishes – aromatic soups, grilled meats, garden vegetables, and freshly baked bread. There will be time for regional wine, plum brandy, and of course… live music.

Exploring Transylvania and Local Culture
Transylvania is not just about mountains – it’s also beautiful cities, monasteries, and traditions.
For those interested, we can also arrange a visit to the famous Bran Castle, known as Dracula’s Castle. But we believe we have even better places in store for you! We highly recommend exploring Brașov – a picturesque city with a colorful old town. We will also visit lesser-known gems of the region, where local customs are still alive. This close encounter with culture perfectly complements outdoor adventures.
Conference with a Mountain View
Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes to change your perspective.
For groups combining a substantive agenda with an incentive trip, we organize intimate conferences and meetings in mountain guesthouses with views of the Carpathians. We work in wooden rooms with fireplaces and large windows overlooking the peaks.

Exploring Bucharest
On your way to or from Transylvania, it’s worth taking a moment to explore Romania’s capital.
Bucharest is a city of contrasts – a dynamic capital where history and modernity coexist at every turn. Your sightseeing program can include the monumental Palace of Parliament, the elegant Calea Victoriei Avenue, or the atmospheric Old Town with its many cafés and restaurants. Romania’s capital is a great starting or ending point for an incentive program in Transylvania.

Evenings with Local Music
After a day outdoors – it’s time for dancing and laughter by the bonfire or in the hall.
Evening gatherings in Transylvania can be truly lively. Highlander music, dancing, and local stories ensure that even the largest groups feel like part of a shared adventure.
Who have we already taken to Transylvania?
We have carried out, among others, a program here for a large group from the financial sector, who specifically wanted intensive team integration after a conference. Romania turned out to be a perfect choice – 4×4 mountain adventures, atmospheric dinners, and the region’s unique atmosphere left a lasting impression.
Here’s how we can help!
I’ve privatized events in the most extraordinary places on Earth — from the Great Wall of China to the Amazon jungle!

I’m not only responsible for organizing incentive trips, but I also run original corporate trainings on intercultural communication.
