The time required to plan and organize an incentive trip depends on the type of trip, group size, logistics, and specific client expectations. Executing a personalized incentive trip usually involves collaboration with many suppliers and subcontractors.
While sometimes we confirm trips just a few months before departure, this is not ideal for the client, as the best hotels, flights, and restaurants at the best prices are often already booked by then. Therefore, we advise planning and confirming incentive trips at least 6 months in advance; in some cases, it should be even 8 to 10 months earlier.

Haxel Events & Incentive works with a wide range of group sizes when organizing incentive trips. We have experience managing events for small VIP groups as well as for groups of up to 800 people. However, most often we collaborate with groups ranging from 20 to 150 participants. This range allows us to balance the uniqueness of the event with organizational efficiency. Our services are flexible and can be perfectly tailored to both smaller and larger teams.
Our training offer includes both intercultural communication workshops held in Poland (which can take place at your office or online) and those conducted abroad, often combined with an incentive trip.

Kasia is an ethnologist and economist by education. During her trainings and workshops, she shares knowledge about cultural differences and communication based on research as well as concrete experiences and examples.
