You will also review the team’s past experiences, industry specifics, and the cultural context in which your company operates.

Personalized training program

After the conversation, Kasia will prepare a program proposal tailored to your team’s challenges. You will receive specific topics, a suggested format (e.g., online, onsite, a single workshop, a series of modules), and an outline of the training schedule. 

You will work together to finalize details to ensure the training is relevant, engaging, and practical. 

Training delivery

Once everything is agreed upon, we proceed to action. The training is delivered in the agreed format, with attention to participants’ comfort, content quality, and practical value of the session. 

Training evaluation and further support

After the training, feedback is collected from participants and conclusions are discussed.

If needed, Kasia can propose further steps – e.g., individual intercultural coaching, additional thematic modules, or support for leaders working with international teams.

Knowledge pill: perception of time

There are places and cultures in the world where conversation and shared celebration are more important than punctuality.

Sometimes time can be stretched like rubber or even tossed aside because the person and the relationship are more important than the clock. In these cultures, the phrase “I’m running out of time” is only used in the face of death, and saying it during a meeting is considered a major faux pas.
