After the conversation, Kasia will prepare a program proposal tailored to your team’s challenges. You will receive specific topics, a suggested format (e.g., online, onsite, a single workshop, a series of modules), and an outline of the training schedule.

Training delivery

Knowledge pill: perception of time

There are places and cultures in the world where conversation and shared celebration are more important than punctuality.

Sometimes time can be stretched like rubber or even tossed aside because the person and the relationship are more important than the clock. In these cultures, the phrase “I’m running out of time” is only used in the face of death, and saying it during a meeting is considered a major faux pas.
