Japan

Tokyo: Modernity and Tradition
In Tokyo, you’ll immerse yourself in the contrasts of a great city—from temples and historic districts to the vibrant, futuristic everyday life.
We especially recommend combining a visit to the Sensoji Temple and the old Asakusa district with a ride in traditional rickshaws. In the evening, enjoy dinner aboard a Japanese boat as it cruises Tokyo Bay. The itinerary may also include the Imperial Palace, time for shopping, and admiring the breathtaking panorama of this vast metropolis!

Mount Fuji and the Samurai Castle
Iconic sites and mountain panoramas—in the heart of a day full of contrasts.
On the way to the sacred Mount Fuji, we can stop at a Samurai Castle—surrounded by greenery and mountains, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. It’s the perfect moment for a bit of history and photos. Mount Fuji itself, a symbol of Japan, impresses with its power and tranquility—regardless of the season.

Bathing in Onsens
Traditional Japanese relaxation—zen-style regeneration.
For those interested, we offer bathing in onsens—hot springs located in picturesque surroundings. This is a unique form of relaxation and an opportunity to experience local rituals.

Kyoto and the Shinkansen Ride
The former capital of Japan and its most atmospheric district.
In Kyoto, we will visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. Evenings will be spent in the Gion district—full of teahouses, local eateries, and stories connected to geisha culture. Here, tradition is most alive and visible. We will reach Kyoto by shinkansen—traveling on this high-speed train is an attraction in itself, and the views from the window are truly unforgettable.

Tea Plantation and Tea Ceremony
Green tea and a ceremony that embodies the philosophy of simplicity.
The group will visit a traditional tea plantation, where you will learn about the production process and take part in the “Way of Tea” ceremony. This is one of the most authentic moments of the entire program.
Japanese Cuisine – Taste, Style, Tradition
The taste of Japan—from okonomiyaki to sashimi, kaiseki, and mochi.
Every meal we propose is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the richness of Japanese flavors. We serve dishes that capture the spirit of local cuisine: from sashimi and shabu-shabu to traditional kaiseki. Each meal tells its own story—about seasonality, aesthetics, and harmony. In one of the local distilleries, you can also discover the process of making sake—an alcohol deeply rooted in Japanese rituals and hospitality.

Who Have We Already Taken to Japan?
Japan is one of our clients’ favorite destinations. We have visited many times—including with a large group from the agricultural industry, who had already traveled almost the entire world before.
Japan turned out to be the perfect choice—surprising, elegant, and exceptionally well-organized. A shorter-than-usual trip did not prevent an intense, well-tailored program—which was rated as one of the best in the company’s history.
Here’s how we can help!
I’ve privatized events in the most extraordinary places on Earth — from the Great Wall of China to the Amazon jungle!

I’m not only responsible for organizing incentive trips, but I also run original corporate trainings on intercultural communication.
